By enrolling in or accessing our financial literacy courses, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Enrollment and Payment

To participate, complete the registration form and submit payment of the applicable fees. All fees are stated in USD and must be paid in full before access is granted.

3. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials by email. Access to course materials is granted for one year from the date of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, you must provide evidence of course engagement. Submit your refund request via our contact form within 30 days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. After the 30-day period, all sales are final.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of EduFinSafe.com and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduFinSafe.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law principles.
